Below is what you get extra, for full service:
Once or before we list your home:
#1 - Do a market analysis (CMA), email it to you and then call you, or you call us, to go over in detail. Upon request
#2 - You may call us anytime during the listing, for us, to analysis the situation.
#3 - Go over a preliminary contract. Upon request
#4 - Do a preliminary closing cost estimator. Upon request
Once you get an offer:
#1 - We go over the offer in great detail, page by page.
#2 - We generate a closing cost estimator, which will give you an idea, as to how much you will net, at closing.
#3 - We discuss (pros, cons & different options) and help prepare your counter offer, to be sent to the agent or buyer.
#4 - This negotiating-discussion process may go back and forth, until an agreement is reached.
#5 - Once an agreement is reached, we will go over the contract with you, making sure everything is correct. Upon request
#6 - We will also assist in negotiating repairs, during the option period. Upon request
#7 - Once contract has been turned into the title company, we are still here to assist you with any questions, however, once the contract has been negotiated, the title company handles the closing process.
